Speak the Word Only

I woke up this morning, and as I arose from my place of rest, I heard a sound.

The sound was not in the air but in another dimension. The sound traveled….

It was a sound of many voices and some of the voices were loud, others were not.

I heard all different tones in these voices, some were filled with anger, sadness, and fear.

I heard one common word through all the voices, it was the word, “Because”

Then, I saw many people shaking their fist at one another, in the air and at God!

They were uttering as they shook their fist and beat the ground, saying this:

“Because you treated me this way, because you died, because you divorced me, because you did not give me a raise, because you said the wrong thing to me, because of who was elected, because of YOU,
I cannot be happy and it’s all your fault”…… because!

It was ugly and it was ungrateful as they omitted what they knew to be right.

The accusations were pulsating out of the mouths of the people like a volcano erupting.

The acid fuming words were destroying all that it touched in the air.

I saw this:
Mankind was condemning the Creator! Saying through their words,
“You have not done enough for me and I demand more! Until then, I will not stop spewing from my loins the disgrace I feel towards God and his man”.

*Because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature
(idolatry, creatures, moral obligation and more) rather than the creator, who is blessed forever! Amen *ESV Romans 1:25

Then I heard another voice as it thundered across the heavens with thunder bolts of lightning; saying this,

“BECAUSE- I so loved the world, I gave my ONLY begotten Son, so that Whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. JH 3:16

Need I say more! “

The Sword of Love #19

In the middle ages the sword that was used by men in battle during an attack was a powerful weapon.
It was used to thrust, cut, and destroy any threat that came in its pathway.

In one part of the world, there is a culture that believed that falling on the sword was to die with honor rather than fall into the hands of their enemies.

In the biblical time, King Saul during a fierce battle saw his fate and new death was near as his enemy closed in on him.

He too fell on his sword.

Yes, the sword is a powerful weapon.

Like that, the Word of God is strongly compared to the sword.

“For the word of God is quick, and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow and is a discerner of the thought and intents of the heart.” KJV

The two-edge sword would not only hurt your enemy, but it also could hurt the handler.

The dividing asunder means: He is so keen he can discern the thought and intent of any man.

I would like you to understand that we all are walking this earth with an all knowing God and he is sending his message of salvation across the world and calling his people to him.

He too has a sword and it is his written word.

If you fall on his sword and are without him, death and damnation is your demise.

But if you fall on your knees and ask him to forgive you of your sins, and receive his son Jesus in your heart.

You will have fallen on his sword of love.

And his love will enwrap you and save you for all eternity!

It’s Your Choice!

The Witness #18

I was driving down the street one day and the morning seemed young and the birds alive as they were chirping across the sky.
As I caught up to the car in front of me, he did not stop for the signal light and WHAM! He drove his car right into the oncoming car going through the signal light the opposite way.
I was the only one there that saw the whole accident.
Confusion and people set in quickly.
The police were called and I had to wait to give my report to them for their records.
Both parties involved had a different story so I became the witness.
I had to go to court to testify of what I saw.
I told the truth and the truth became the deciding factor of who was guilty of this accident.
Like that,
When you leave a life of sin, and ask Jesus to come into your heart.
Your spirit becomes born again. You know Jesus died for your sins!
You feel his pain when he walked this earth and was hung so gruesomely on the cross.
You weep in worship at times because you see him bleeding his death for you during that long black day when he gave it all up for you.
People from your past and more people in your future will not accept your knew way!
They will argue, debate and scorn your life away.
They will wag their head and shake their fist and say,
“How can say you know Jesus is real?
How can you say you know he hung on the cross and died for you?
How can you say you know? It was thousands of years ago!”
And then you can say, “It’s simple,
He that believeth on the Son of God has the witness in himself. And He the witness was there, so now we both were there!”
1 John 5:4 -10
…He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself:
Three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one. …..

Fatique #17

Learn to master fatigue, because it is the enemy of your goals and joy.
It is your enemy!
Demanding more out of your body than it can give is like driving your car off a cliff.
Your body is counting on you to drive it with caution.
Don’t boast about how you can function with little sleep. Don’t be proud of an unhealthy diet.
Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit.
Learn to honor your body. When you honor your body, you are giving honor to the Holy Spirit.
Your body does not belong to you, it belongs to Him.
Rest your body- good health is first.
1 Corinthians 6:19- What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own. For you are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and your spirit, which are God’s.”

Why You Ask? #16

Once upon a time there was a land that people dreamed about. A place where they could raise families, fulfill dreams and worship God!
The dream became a vision, the vision took on legs and became our Mayflower history!
These strong souls took their vision to the ocean and bolstered through the torrential waves and storms as they finally made it to their destination.
Some died during that journey.
The ones that lived spent the following months hunting for food, planting crops, building homes, cutting wood down to heat their rickety homes.
Their time consisted of praying for ways to create medicine to help with the common cold, dental hygiene, and more.
They diminished in numbers as the winter’s blizzards raged from year to year. Starving and freezing to death, dealing with health issues. The odds were against them.
But they kept on fighting! They burled down for strength, believing in their God that their pursuit for freedom to live or die would be worth it.
Why you ask?
Because pursuing a dream keeps you alive on the inside, rather than living on the outside and dying from within.
Which is done so much today……
Mass shootings, stabbings, robbery, road rage, children killing children, police officers kill and are being killed, politics, and so much more.
You ask why?
Because there is no dream inside anymore, no God to pursue! No fight to win, no food to find, no warmth to seek, no medicine to pray for.
They are full of inward thoughts of themselves.
The endless thoughts of: I do not have enough, poor me. I have no one to love me, no one cares about me.
When all along as in the days before, it’s not about you, but to fight for one another.
A dream to pursue, a God to pray to for strength and people to protect.
That is why.
We need to pray and ask for God’s revival to come into our heart; to help us pursue our dreams and to protect each other.

There Was No One There #15

I knew a family – They had an alcoholic father in the family. That house was in state of turbulence for years. The mother received the Lord half way through the children’s teen years. The father remained an alcoholic and many times he would be in a place in his life where he was in trouble.
The mother would get a phone call from her husband and then hang up the phone. You would see her trailing off down the hallway all alone into her bedroom as she closed the door.
Her voice wailed on through the night as kids would fall asleep. She gave her time, her tears and thousands of hours as she interceded for his safety and her children too. And there was no one there.
When she would kneel down on her calloused knees, she would lift her hands to thank the Lord for all the answered prayer over the years.
She ran the race and fought a good fight of faith for her friend’s and family’s salvation. Today, they are all serving the Lord. Her husband has passed on, but he is with the Lord!
Today, you still hear her wailing and her battles are fierce! The days are long and the nights are worse. She still trails off into the bed at night and shuts the door, but now her battles are not from the outside but from within……. And there is no one there.
The Word of God says this, “…..do not despise your mother when she is old” (Pro 23:22 KJV)
Because you’re here!

They Knew! #14

I was reading an article the other day, the subject was on a crisis in our Country today.
Citizens everywhere were using their First Amendment rights ‘freedom of speech’.
Oh, the comments and thoughts from the people were crude and rude, but nevertheless, the freedom is here, so it must be right!
The hissing words ran down from their mouths, over their arm to land on the end of the tip of the long finger that was pointing at the one who has done this harm!
Shouting loud as they pointed, “YOU KNEW” therefore, judgement must come to you!
How dare you impose this upon us, because after all, you knew!
Like that,
God sent his only beloved son to this earth to endure a long hard journey!
He sent him here for you and he was on a love mission, a rescue if you will.
His son, Jesus, endured judgement, shame and beatings through it all.
His body was unrecognizable as a human being when they were done.
Isaiah 52:14 says,
As many were astonished at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men: KJV
He took the beatings to save you!
He starred at the long fingers pointing at him, spewing out their bliss.
He felt the wetness on his face as they spat on his face.
Isaiah 50:6 says,
I gave my back to the smiters, and my cheeks to them that plucked off the hair: I hid not my face from shame and spitting. KJV
His body grew cold as they whipped him with metal lashings.
His cry was no longer able to be heard because his voice had diminished into the darkness of his pain.
His body bled as his flesh was torn.
He was criticized, and looked down upon.
They judged him hard and they begged for his death!
Mark 15:6-11 says this,
They all say unto him, Let him be crucified. And the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified. KJV
But God knew the truth about his mankind. That’s why he sent Jesus.
He gave Jesus the fate of man, freedom to judge man and decide what to do.
Just as Jesus was about to give up his spirit and die.
His last words to his father about the plight of his man.
As judgment was about to be released from his lips, heaven bound or forever dammed!
What was about to come from his heart and rumble out before heaven and hell about mankind that he came to save?
The ones who have caused this innocent man this harm.
His deeds were good, as he healed them all.
He fed the multitude and set the captives free.
He showed them love!
They shouted out as they shook their fist, let this blood come upon our children.
Mark 15:12-15 says this,
When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it. Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us, and on our children. Then released he Barabbas unto them: and when he had scourged Jesus, he delivered him to be crucified. KJV
Final JUDGMENT has come, as Jesus declares, releasing his voice across the sky.
“Father, forgive them for they know not what they do!” and he died.
But God knew!
And I say, “To judge a man for his sins and mistakes, demanding disgrace for all to see him fall, to pay the price for his mistake!
Remember before you open your mouth with liberty, YOUR judgement was before Jesus that day.
And He knew what was in the heart of man, and forgave YOU anyway.

Samson’s Wife #12

Samson was sent from God.
An angel of the Lord visited his mother before he was born.
Her womb was barren and she could not conceive.
The angel spoke to her and said, “..but thou shalt conceive, and bear a son.”
He also said, “no razor shall come on his head:” ….and “he shall begin to deliver Israel out of the hand of the Philistines.”
She ran to her husband and they did believe. Samson was born!
“Samson grew strong and the Lord blessed him.”
Their son went down to Timnath and saw a woman the daughter of the Philistines.
He fell in love and went back to his parents telling them he wanted her for his wife, her name was Delilah.
They were outraged because she was a Philistines and they were holding Samson’s people in bondage.
His parents cried, “Why would you do this to us and your people ?”……for they knew not it was of the Lord.
You see, God had a plan, and Delilah had to be Samson’s wife for His plan to be carried out.
Like that, we as Christians must be very careful not to categorize people.
We must make sure we are not judging the decisions that our friends, co-workers, children or parents are making.
What we must do is pray for them that they would have God’s wisdom in all the decisions they will make.
We must make sure we are loving them and encouraging them.
Most of the time that just requires listening to them.
So, next time you find yourself wondering if they are making a right decision with something or someone, remember Samson!
Then just pray!

Trust in God #11

The word ‘trust’ is used in such a common way by people today, that it has
lost the true meaning in the hearts of men.

We declare it on the back of the dollar bill, “In God We Trust”.

We stand in matrimony and give our trust-vows before witnesses.

We ask for it from our employers.

We demand it from our children.

We expect it from our pets.

We then roll over the very expectation we have driven people to give us.

We fail at the very thing we have deemed so loudly and so proudly.

Why do we talk the talk, but cannot walk the walk?

The answer is this; We are human beings and we cannot be trusted.

Yes, that is right. We fail miserable when we ask others for trust.

There is only one that you can trust- that is the Lord!

This is why in the bible, the Lord tells us over and over, “Trust the Lord”.

We do not know how to trust the Lord because we cannot be trusted.

We see how we as people fail at this everyday, and now we are suppose to
trust Him?

How can this be?

The Lord never told us to trust one another.

No, he said, “It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in
man. Psalm 118

Trust God and Love Man! He declares this throughout his word.

This is a big difference.

We need to realize there is only one who can be trusted and then we are
commanded to love man.

Once you understand that we are to love one another, pray for one another,
encourage one another, than trust one another, you will be less likely to
get so hurt by people.

We all fail in this area because we are not perfect.

When you start telling your children, spouse, employer that you will give
them your best, but you will make mistakes and fail their expectations at

Then you will walk in a freedom with yourself and others, knowing you
cannot carry that weight of never letting anyone down a time or two, and
they will not expect you to perform such perfection.

Give everything to the Lord and trust him.

Give everything to man and love him.

Provision #10

There is a battle going on in this earth and the battle is over us. Meaning, God our heavenly father, is warring in behalf of his children as a natural
father would over his kids if someone were to come and try to take them away. Long ago in the Garden of Eden, Satan came into the garden and
whispered in the ear of Eve. Satan told her to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, that was in the midst of thegarden, and it was against
God’s command. Genesis 2 says this, “And out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for
food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.”

And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the Garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. And
the Lord God commanded the man, saying, of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest
thereof thou shalt surely die.”
Eve listened to the serpent Satan and made a choice to eat from the tree that the Lord forbid her.

Genesis 3:1 says this, “Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the
woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?”

Genesis 3:6 “And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the
eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.”

Back to us today; we are still standing in Eve’s shoes listening to the Satan whisper lies to us, “Oh yes, just as Eve did.”

You ask how we are doing this? We are doing this by trusting in everything that we can produce on our own without Gods involvement.

God had created his children and breathed life into them and then set ALL the provision that a father could give for their life and stability in the Garden of Eden.

Satan in turn came and told Eve that her Father God in fact had not given all the provision for them and that there was more and if they listened to his counsel, he could give more, therefore he was a better provider.
So you see, the battle that we are in today since that one and terrible day, is WHO is your provider?

Father God or your father the devil.

What do you mean my father the devil?

If you’re allowing the God of this world to be in charge of your life and look to his ways, which is the world’s ways, for wisdom, counsel and provision, then most defiantly he is your provider, not the Lord Jehovah.

John 8;44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the
truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

The battle is about provision! Who will be the best provider for me?

Jesus wants you to allow him to be your provider, your counselor and your wisdom. He is the provider and
he will take you in his arms and never let you go. Matthew 23:37 says,

“O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I
have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!”

The battle is over provision…..

Who will be your provider?

Times are dry, seasons are dead in your life.

Upheaval’s such as; death, insecurity, family, job issues.

The drought has taken all hope away from within.

A mind set of age and depletion has set in.

Famine and waste are in excess and you are not immune to stress

Your dreams no longer have a voice and have submitted to your doubts.

“Oh, you may think that this is normal.”

There’s nothing normal about it.

And that is the lie!

Your life should be as a running water fall, gently, swiftly running over the rocks into the river continually.

The river young or old runs with the same pace.

The water follows the path the river takes it on.

Your dreams should be on top of the mountain declaring your victories!

Peace, healing, health, laughter and joy should be the forces that flow through your life.

Agelessness is the steady stream of God’s presence flowing through you.

Strength will come, when you dare look at the FACE OF ADVERSITY and tell it to “SHUT UP, I’M MOVING IN!.”
Peace reigns within, as you humbly bow yourself to His will.

Joy will fill your veins, if you kick out sadness, instead of embracing it, as if it
were a friend.

Health will move in and replace the tenderness of disappointment.

Then your dreams WILL stand on the mountain declaring, “WE WIN!”

The Five Talents #8

What have you done with your life at this point?

Meaning, each and every one of us has been given responsibilities to develop and multiply the gifts the Lord has given us.

It is not a matter of if, it is a matter of a fact that the Lord has given you some kind of asset to pour back into the earth and multiply.

One day, we will all leave this place we call home, our earth, and we will present to our Lord the things that we multiplied for his glory.

You might be thinking to yourself, “Oh sure, that is for you, but not for me. I do not have enough money, or the best home, and I have nothing to offer
anyone”. You might trail off with something like this, ..”That person has so many gifts, such as; beauty, money, fame, intelligence but the Lord did not bless me………..”

In other words, it is His fault that you did not do anything while you lived on this earth because he blessed certain people, but just not you.

In your mind you’re the loser that is left behind watching from the back seat, the back row and the back of the line.

The Lord has forgotten me………………

That kind of thinking is straight from the pit of Sheol!

Satan has deceived and robbed you of your gifts and you’re allowing it.

This is not a, ‘oh well it doesn’t matter what I do with my life’ situation.

You have a GREAT RESPONSIBILITY to multiply one, two or several times more of what God has given you until you go home to heaven.

Your attitude has been seen before and Jesus addressed it harshly.

He called this type of thinking wicked!

Matthew 25:24Then the one who had received the one talent also came forward, saying, “Master, I knew that you were a demanding person, harvesting where you did not plant and gathering where you did not scatter seed; so out of fear I went and buried your talent in the ground. Here it is back.” But his master replied,“You wicked and lazy servant!…”

Not only that, Jesus was so furious with this way of life that he threw this type of person with that kind of mentality into outer darkness.

Matthew 25:30 And throw this useless servant into the darkness outside, where there will be wailing and grinding of teeth.”

I’m here to encourage you today, to stop this type of thinking and living right now.

You have been given one or more things to do in this earth and there are no excuses left, except you have decided to bury the gifts he gave you until you see him and then it will be too late.

Make a decision to give what you have with everything you have and give it your all- until that glorious day, and then you too will be called that faithful person!!!

What’s In Your Cup? #7

You find yourself relaxing in your chair staring into your glass at the end of a long busy day.

The children are in bed sleeping or maybe they are adults and have their own lives now.

You think to yourself, “Where has the time gone? It seems my life is traveling with the speed of light”.

Your life has been quite a journey, the battles you have been through have left you wounded and your heart scarred.

The turbulences in life have tried and tested your faith like a 737 jet flying through a massive storm, bounced all around until you think surely it is going to fold up like an old cardboard milk carton.

Your joy seems to be drying up like a grape on a vine left in the desert with the hot summer sun parching it and there is no water to quench its thirst.

The strength in your step seems to be like your legs are filled with cement.

When people turned on you, you were so alone you almost felt relieved when rejection came in and whispered in your ear, and said, “Hello Friend”.

Disappointments, finances, sickness, death, divorce have led to long days, lonely hurting nights.

The world is so cruel! You finally cry out to your Lord. “Why Lord, why me?”

You realize your cup seems to be holding all of your pain and has now turned into all of your anger!

Still looking in your cup, you remember the old you, the loving you, always laughing, giving, and helping all those that you could.

Oh where did that person go?

As you drift off to sleep and in the still of the night you hear the master’s voice, the very familiar voice.

He’s saying, Forgive your trespassers and your trespass shall be forgiven!! (Mt 6:15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses)

Love your enemies turn the other cheek!! (Mt 5:39 But I say unto you, that ye

resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.)

You fall asleep ….realizing he’s giving you a choice to forgive and let go, and you know in your heart that is where you want to be.

Like that, Jesus too starred into his cup.

He came to earth on a mission to save the world from their sins.

Jesus knew the disappointments he was going to have to face.

He left the comforts of heaven and came any way.

He healed the sick, raised the dead, and fed the multitude when they were hungry.

He forgave the adultery and shared his life with all those who were in his path.

He loved the drunkards, the addicted and the unclean.

Then in the end, they turned on him.

They demanded his life, they demanded his death!

The people were so full of hate, they despised him and rejected him.

Jesus was in the garden of Gethsemane the night before his death and he fell on his knees. He was agonizing and agitated, he was sweating drops of blood.

He was looking into his cup…….

The hurts, fears, disappointments, the scars of rejection.

He was about to face the most agonizing death a human man ever endured alone.

He was alone! Even his best friends, his disciples who he had poured his life into for three years were back in the camp sleeping when he asked them to pray.

He cried! “Does anyone really care?”

He too was in the still of the night looking into his cup.

He cried out to his Father, “Let this cup pass from me, but not my will but yours.”

He too knew he was being given a choice right then and there.

He heard these words drifting into his soul.

“Forgive them Jesus for they know not what they do”.

He cried out to his Father again, “Let this cup…”

I ask you this, “What is in the cup that he wanted to pass by?

It was forgiveness for all mankind. Jesus was human too.

He was wrestling with that old familiar temptation, wrestling with entitlement to hold grudges and reject them all.

Jesus prayed again, and said, “Let this cup of forgiveness that I’m about to give to all those who hate me, the ones who have despised me – pass from me, but not my will but yours.”

But Jesus allowed those words that he heard in the Garden of Gethsemane that night to be spoken from his breath on that last and final day as he died on that old rugged cross.

And he said, “Father forgive them for they know not what they do!”

Jesus was given a choice, just as we are given that choice.

He allowed the will of the Father to come to pass.

Now I ask you, what’s in your cup?

Anger, grudges, jealousy or forgiveness and love, it is your choice!

So Many Choices! #6

In the beginning of time when Adam and Eve were alive in the Garden of Eden, They were in full command of the earth. God told them many things but one of them was this. “Do not eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil.”* Why did God want them to stay away from it? He wanted them to stay away from it because it represented a spiritual belief, or better yet, a choice. Like that, in today’s modern spirituals beliefs there is so much to choose from. Why is it that we have so many different ways to connect spiritually? Why are people so afraid to believe in God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit as the one and only true God? I believe the reason is because like Adam and Eve, Satan came and taunted them with the whispers in their ears, that if you listen to the Lord, you will limit your own potential. Meaning, you will create a ceiling to your own personal growth. If you allow yourself to believe in one truth, then you will put yourself in a box and man is much too great for that to happen. How could one allow a cap on their destiny? That is far too low for mans potential. How could we live in such a daunting limitation? This is why there are so many choices of what, where, and how we worship in the religious spiritual quest of mankind. It is because man is afraid! They are afraid if they give themselves over to the one and only true God, El Shaddai,* that they will no longer have the opportunity to become the greatest human being possible. Their imagination will be stunted. That is the great lie of the red dragon!* That your imagination, spiritual worship and sexual ecstasy will be limited when you allow the Lord in your heart. When the truth is, you become the most powerful human being that ever existed as you allow him, the Lord, to take you through the journey of life with his power flowing through you. Your imagination has no ceiling, your limits are limitless and your opportunities are endless. All power and authority are yours to use in this lifetime for his glory! Joy unspeakable, peace that passes all understanding is yours! Why would you seek another to worship? The only answer would be, you must have been lied too, and now you see why.

And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat of it: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it:

Momentum #5

We all understand the force of momentum; it can be a wonderful thing if itis working for you.Such as, if you had a car and it broke down on a road and you needed topush it out of the way. If the road was flat, the pushing will be veryhard, but if you were on a hill going down then the labor to push that carwould be much less. The hill would work in your favor helping you movethat automobile to the right place. Momentum is a very powerful force andit is a very difficult thing to stop once it is in motion.

One definition of momentum in Webster’s Dictionary is; a force or speed ofmovement. The word comes from the Latin origin: movement; see moment-a decision ofgreat moment. In essence, momentum is a force of speed in motion and also added to that, with a great decision in that moment.

Let me explain; in this case, we are going to use the word ‘momentum’ withthe example of the human mind.Human beings are three parts, body, soul and spirit. The soul is the mind, will and emotion. This is what we will focus on:Your mind is the one of the most powerful forces you can use in your lifeto have successes in life or it will be used to destroy your life.

Every minute of your day is filled with a thought process and you makelife altering decisions everyday all day long.Either you are making decisions that will take you through the life youdesire or you are making decisions to alter your own destiny.

We think because we pray to the Lord and read the bible that things willautomatically go your way, not true. You can pray your life away and nothing will change. It is your thoughts that gain momentum in your life and take you throughyour journey in your own life.

The reason why we pray is because we are in an intimate relationship withthe Lord and we ask for his direction, his wisdom ect… Then He will giveus the direction through our dreams, through our visions and through ourthoughts. We stay close to his word because it is filled with his promisesfor your daily life; therefore, his thoughts become your thoughts!Do you see it?

When you are making decisions moment by moment, if you are using God’sword then He replaces your thoughts with his thoughts, which when inmotion will move mountains in your life so you will live your dream.

You are making decisions all day long with the thoughts you have, andwhere does your information come from, the news, the gossip at work? Yourdaily momentum in your life is with your own thoughts!!!

They are like a giant rock rolling down a hill and that rock will eitherdestroy what is in your way for your dreams to come to pass, or that rockwill roll over and destroy you. What is gaining momentum in your life?Where are you going and where will you land?It is up to you not God.

Let’s take a look at Webster’s dictionary definition of this word,’intoxicate’.

Intoxicating: Poison 2. to excite or stupefy by alcohol or drug especiallyto the point where physical and mental control is markedly diminished toexcite or elate to the point of enthusiasm or frenzy.

Now let’s take a look at the meaning of the word ‘freedom’.

Webster’s dictionary defines it as; the quality or state of being free:the absence of constraint or frenzy.

We live in a time in the United States where freedom is celebrated!

This is a wonderful thing.

Men and women paid a high price for us to be free!

With that thought, we have to understand that freedom is a powerful forceand we have to have boundaries within this power.

If we do not put boundaries on our lives within this power, it will turnaround and destroy us.

It is not a matter of ‘if’, it is a matter of ‘when’.

Such as, when you drink too much alcohol, your mental control has markedlydiminished.

Which allows you to make decisions that are not sound balanced decisions.

When you are intoxicated, your ability to think clearly has been replacedwith a point of frenzy and stupefy thoughts and choices.

Like Alcohol,

That is what is happening in our Nation today with freedom.

People started out celebrating freedom, which was a great thing, however, they went over board, like drinking, and did not put safe boundariesaround their lives, and are now running around intoxicated with freedom.

There decisions are poisoned with the absence of constraint and filledwith physical, enthusiasm and mental frenzy.

Any thing goes……no boundaries!

Right is wrong and wrong is right.

Freedom now means, “NO BOUNDARIES”.

Men are with men, woman are with woman.

Children are suing their parents.

Polygamy is now a choice!

Debt is the way to live and all with out conviction.

Wrong! We are intoxicated.

This is not freedom, it is bondage.

And bondage brings about death, sickness and disease.

You cannot play with this kind of mentality and not get burned.

We have to arise to our calling and go back to freedom, living withinhealthy boundaries.

We as a nation and a people will never go anywhere, but towards the roadsof destruction if we do not turn from our ways.

We are not okay, we are under the influence, and we are driving ourcountry into a terrible disaster.

It is not a matter of maybe, it is a matter of when!

What can you do you ask?

Communicate and pray for our nation, family’s, friends and for the church.

If we do not stand up and take a loving stance with strong words then wehave no right to complain.

We will all answer the Lord about our inward disagreement, but our outwardacceptance.

It is your choice!

Falling Down #3

Do you remember when you were a kid and you got on your bike for the first
time, you started pedaling and then you fell down to the ground?

You picked yourself up, brushed yourself off, and had a bunch of ouches
throbbing on your knees.

You resumed to your position and carried on. No big deal!

When it the last time you did that?

For most of us, I believe- not often.

We do not fall because we are usually doing the same thing every day, and
we become accustomed and very good at what we do.

Our lives are fairly predictable, which over time will cause a reasonable
safety to it.

Comfort and safety is a way of life and we accept the daily routine.

There are no changes, nothing new in our lives.

I ask you this question.

Isn’t that way of life getting old for you?

How do you get to the place in your life where you will allow yourself to
embrace some change?

The answer is you have to allow your old way of thinking to fall to the
ground and die, and then new thoughts and changes can replace it.

Just like the fall seasons we go through.

The trees turn from green to many beautiful colors and eventually fall to
the ground and die.

This process allows the trees to reproduce new leaves for a new season
year after year.

Like that, we must allow our thinking to be renewed every day through
God’s word.

We must have new visions, dreams and goals every year.

We cannot be afraid to fail, because when you try anything new, the
chances are you might fail for a time, but that is the journey of this
life, and if you do not quit you will succeed!

We move forward in our passions and dreams and when we fall, we get
ourselves back up and brush off the ouches and proceed to what we’re

Remember every day you must spend time in God’s word, and then go get that

Romans 12:2 KJV
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing
of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and
perfect, will of God.

In the old testament of the Holy Bible, the people were taught to fear the Lord by their spiritual leaders. The fear they were talking about was a reverence-respect, which is also parallel to fear the Lord, not to be afraid of the Lord in a manner of he might hurt you. No, the Lord always loved his people and he was always in pursuit of them.

If he did not love them then why did he always help them? He could of wiped them out with a blink of an eye or just leave man to himself, and then we all know he would self destruct for sure.
No, the Lord always loved his people. He was forever trying to get them to see that he was more then their God. He did not want to be known as God.

In order for his man to even get to the point where he needed them to be, he had to be very patient and plant the various seeds along the way and wait for the seeds to grow.
You ask what kind of seeds? The seeds of his knowledge, revelation and wisdom planted by him through the spiritual leaders throughout the old testament. He had to rely on imperfect people to take what he imparted to them and allowed them to share through their teachings of who God was.

He was introducing himself to his man through man.
It was a painful plight, since he was so close to Adam in the garden of Eden in the very beginning.
He walked with them and talked with them. He was their friend and most of all, he was their father.

But then Satan came along and tempted them both to disobey their father and they lost their first love, their daddy. Now it has been hundreds of years and their father has now become just a God to his own man-child, the world.

Yes, father God was hurt and since that day he began to take back what was his in the first-place. He wants his children to come home so he can be a father to them once again.
When you hear people talk about God as a creator being, take a moment and be sure to tell them that he is much more than that. He is my father and I’m his child and we walk and talk to each other all the time. He is a friend and I would love to share more with you about him.

John 14:10-12
Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the father in me? The words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the work’s sake.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do: because I go unto my Father.

Weapons of Destruction #1

There are many types of weapons.
There are knives, guns, bombs and more.
They can be used to hunt with for food.
Weapons are used in the military or the police force for protection.
Weapons in themselves present no problem, as you see; the weapons that are
mentioned are used for all good purposes.
However, these same weapons in the wrong hands can also be used against you.
The determining factor is the state of mind of the person who is behind
the weapon.
Like that,
We too can have weapons of destruction.
It is called our imagination!
Our imagination is an extremely powerful force that lies within you and it
is always at work.
Your imagination is running when you are awake and while you sleep.
When you’re awake and you find yourself dreaming about having something in
your life, or becoming someone different from who you are now, this is
your imagination at work.
We want to allow it to move in a forward dreaming state of mind.
As you read the promises, the Word of God, the Holy Spirit will take you
places through your imagination.
He will show you great, great things.
He will show you things and places you never would have thought you could
become or go to.
He wants you to use this powerful force to stand up and move forward in
this earth for His purpose.
Also, there is an enemy, Satan, who too knows how to use this powerful
force against you.
He will whisper in your ear while you are awake, asleep and tell you lies
about your future.
He will create night mares while you begin to entertain the fear that he
is injecting in your mind about your life or those in it.
He will put dread, drama, loss and depression in your mind.
He will not stop, day or night!
What do you do you ask?
You pull the Word of God out and find his promises of what you want to
happen in your life and speak them aloud to yourself, and while you pray.
It’s called, ‘pulling down strongholds in the name of Jesus. Casting down
imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the Word of
‘11 Corinthians 10:4-5’
You must go to war using the Word of God and stop Satan in the spirit from
this type of torment and dread.
He is a liar and anything that does not line up with the Word of God is
from the pit of hell.
Weapons of destruction; can lie between your ears, in your mind.
Which state you hold your imagination is which state this great power
called imagination will be used for you or against you!
